Project constructability review

Serving as a single point of contact between contractors and designers
Representing the owner at key meetings
Auditing quality assurance/quality control procedures
Assisting in evaluating contractor payment requests
Providing monthly reporting
Facilitating issue resolution
Negotiating change orders
Review lease documents and work letter for tenants
Contract dispute avoidance and resolution
Negotiate and issue all design services and construction agreements
Coordinate activities with your legal team, contractors, suppliers, design professionals, and tenant representatives
Track and manage the project budget and schedule
Review plans and attend all project meetings
